Return Policy

RETURN POLICY : Merchandise returned within 14 days of USPS delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All jewelry, bags, accessories, and hats are final sale and ineligible for refund. Any items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for refund. 


All returns MUST be postmarked within 14 days of USPS delivery date or returned in store within 14 days of USPS delivery date. Any orders returned after 14 days of the USPS delivery date will only receive a 50% refund OR shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. NO EXCEPTIONS. 


Once your return is received in unworn condition with tags attached, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund. 


*In-store purchases are not eligible for refund at any time. Store credit or exchange only within 14 days. 


SALE : Merchandise discounted 30% or greater is FINAL SALE. Promotional or temporary discounts of 30% or greater are final sale unless otherwise stated. All jewelry, bags, accessories, and hats are final sale. Any items marked FINAL SALE are final sale. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions. 


EXCHANGES : Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend ordering the size or style you would like to exchange for and immediately return the size that did not work. Once received, a full refund will be processed for the unwanted item. 


SHIPPING : We offer free shipping for orders $100+. Orders under $100 will be charged $7.95 standard shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. We offer free returns on orders $100+ with merchandise eligible for return. 


We do not assume any responsibility for packages after they have been delivered to USPS. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. You will be sent a USPS tracking number so you can anticipate when your package will arrive. If you have any other questions, please contact us! 


IN STORE PICK UP : Use the code “STOREPICKUP” on your order to deduct $7.95 shipping cost and to notify us you want to pick up in store. We will contact you once your order is ready to pick up.

Orders $100+, with merchandise eligible for return can request a prepaid return label. Orders under $100 with eligible merchandise can be returned, with shipping cost at the expense of the customer. Any merchandise eligible for return can be returned to any store location for refund or exchange within our 14 day return policy. All merchandise must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise not returned in new condition. Merchandise refused will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer. If we are not able to contact for payment, merchandise will be held at the store until we are able to do so. 




Email us at to request a return label. In this email, please let us know your order # in the email subject, what items you would like to return, and the reason for their return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return label. If possible, please return merchandise in its original packaging. 

Any return label requests not sent to will not be processed. No return labels will be issued for any requests outside the 14 day return policy.
